Had a fire in unit #1 and the door was kicked due to T.F.D. wanted to check for fire extension into the unit. Did go to the rear porch to get to the main electrical service panel to turn the power off to the units during the fire. Once the investigation was completed, the power was turned back on to the unit. The unit was OK other than got smoke when the siding glass door was opened to get to the rear porch. The owner gave permission to have the front door secured due to unable to get anyone to secure the property. The unit is vacant and being repaired at this time. Did have the owner sign the Notice to Vacate to keep the unit vacant until the front door has been repaired. Will check in 60 days. RV. |
