Was called out by 911, when I arrived found that tenant did have water and elect, but didnt have any egress in case of emergency, no axcess to kitchen, restroom, or exits do to trash and debris thouh-out the unit, was running power cords under all debri. and had a glass door broken, I will need to post unit unfit to occupy due to lack of egress in case of emergency, fire hazards, Will need to secure back glass door, no contact number for owner, tenant said she had no contact number she just sent rent to P.O box thats on file, paperwork and pitures in SIRE. |
