Arrived on site to Smart Motors, complaint is of vehicles being parked on Magnolia as cars are being worked on from this property. Found 6 Vehicles parked off of the Magnolia side of the street next to Smart Motors and 5 vehicles on the other side of Magnolia Park next to Mister Car Wash. Made contact with general manager of Smart Motors States they do not park there inventory cars on public right away all their vehicles are on their property due to insurance issues. Some of the 15 workers do Park on Magnolia as well as employees from car mister and the apartments just behind them. As I understand it this is a public Street and they may park in the street. No parking signs for set up in the area and did not see any Vehicles parked on this curb area. Spoke to supervisor and it was decided that park wise be called to deal with parking in street issues, they were called while on site and will address vehicles parked in red zones, too close to driveways and too close to stop signs. Complaint it was called back with initial inspection information |
