03/16/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site after tpd called me to property as it being breached. Check location and did not see any boards down however tpd might have called in the board up crew already
03/09/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Called to the property by TPD - Preston Hould, 2 doors and 2 windows where boards were pulled downed. Called Supv. Romero to update him on case, gave me the ok to call board up crew, which was done. They will call when they get to the property.
01/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was called out to property by TPD officer Hould, states they are on site with 3 doors breached and an arrest in rear alley of this property. TPD will call owner and TPD already called board up crew. Arrived on site met with board up crew and officer Hould 1- door in front & one door in middle of property and 1 door at rear of property all need to be resecured. I called the number that I made contact with on my initial inspection but this time not in service. Will move to citation at this point for: Weeds/Grass & Trash/Debris at front curb and alley. Trash and Debris front, rear and both sides yards of property. Property is being secured by tpd
12/02/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved At site due to TPD request; no officer at location. Two areas opened accessible from central area; access points will be secured today.
11/25/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site to meet with TPD, (case# 1611250153) have 1 window that was pulled down and rear unit along West Side that needs to be boarded... Tpd has now kicked out 7 people on the property as of Wednesday 11/23/16. Attempted to contact owner of the property to advise of securing the units once more, however went to voicemail and voicemail was full unable to leave message tpd move forward with request to board up the two openings at the property will follow up on Monday and get with supervision and request to fencing both the front and rear of the property to curtail the activity for tpd
