At location, no clear path to front door; unable to leave card. Visible storage present in front yard area including vehicles, 19+ chairs, tables, equipment, tools, truck bed camper; red pickup and another car is parked over front ROW. It is unknown whether vehicles operate, body and tires are in ok condition; Portion of south side gate/fence is over 7' and not structurally sound or constructed with good workmanship. The entire property, including the front yard, has an accumulation of refuse to include scattered debris, garbage, recyclables, animal waste, cardboard, wood, litter, greenwaste, tires.; the storage on the property exceeds the allowable 25% of the lot area; front porch has been screened with material and may also have storage; it is not permitted in this location. Spoke to 2 neighbors, see conditions. The property has had 5 previous cases with violations since 2012; citation will be issued to owner and tenant. |
