Arrived and the mobile home has no electrical and has been off for non-payment. The girlfreind was on site and does not know when the power will be turned back on. Supposely the name needs to be changed to the boyfreinds name and not sure when that is going to happened. Has no gas to the mobile home due to lacking payment. Due to lacking the utilities, the mobile home is being condemned. The girlfreind is going to her moms. She refuse entry into the mobile home due to the boyfreind was not on site. The posting was placed on the front of the mobile home. The girlfreind was going to secure the mobile home and when she left, the front door was not able to lock. Did call the owner to let him know and he was going to have it secured. The girlfreind signed the paper work before leaving. The property has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris with junk motor vehicles. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
