12/20/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Tenant is not home at this time. Managment has been told to regain control of the unit. To call TPD if tenant will not leave. Tow trailer still present. Managment states they have not seen any evidance of cleaning of the unit.
12/12/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Unit appears to be reoccupied by tenant. Spoke with the asst. manager and the manager and they ststed that they were told to return the key to the tenant. I will need to check with my office.
