POWER HAD BEEN TURNED OFF TO THE UNITS AT THE INTERIROR SUB PANEL 2202 WHERE THE SPRINKLERHEAD HAD BROKEN HAD LITTLE WATER ON THE FLOOR AT THE TIME OF MY ARRIVAL DUE TO WATER EXTRACTION NEARLY COMPLETED,ALL ELECTRICAL SEEMED TO BE OK AND NO TRIPPED BREAKERS IN THE SUB PANEL. I OK'ED FOR HTE POWER TO BE RESTORED AND WITH THE HELP OF MANAGER WE TURNED BREAKERS BACK ON 1 BY 1. HAD NO PROBLEMS. TENANTS WERE STILL PUT UP IN A DIFFERENT UNIT AND BLOWERS PLACED INSIDE THE UNIT TO REMOVE THE DAMPNESS. ALL ELECTRICAL OUTLETS WERE INSTALLED 24 INCHES FROM THE FLOOR LEVEL AND NOT A ISSUE. UNIT 2201 RECEIVED WATER FROM ABOVE UNIT AND WAS ALSO HAVING WATER EXTRACTED, FOUND LITTLE STANDING WATER, AND A COUPLE HRS WATER HAD BEEN REMOVED , 4 OCCUPANTS PUT UP IN A SEPERATE UNIT AND POWER LEFT OFF, MANAGER ASKED TO WAIT 24 HRS BEFORE HE RESTORE POWER. ALL PARTING WALLS WERE CINDER BLK AND POURED CEILING , AGAIN NO WATER PROBLEMS IN THE LIGHTING MET WITH RICK SALDATE AND REVIEWED THE CASE. NO PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED,FIRE WATCH PER TFD IS BEING CONDUCTED BY MANAGER AND SECURITY. FOLLOW UP FOR THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM PER TFD. |
