I made contact with tenant, states in front the water ponds and mosquito start, however today its dry. Mature trees in front of her unit, no leaking landscape was seen or leaking pipes, area was completly dry at this time, advised tenant nothing could be done at this time because there is no standing or evidence of standing water at this time. She understood and will call back if it happens again. Advised manager of my findings, will move to close out this case at this time |
