Met with the owner of the property and does have window units on the second floor and are on a appliance cord to an existing outlet. The section is blocked but does have another vent, XOX window and the other vent is able to open. These are on 2-different windows to a bedroom. At this time the AC's are appliances and does not require a permit and are stable. There is no new addition on the property and the owner did let me check around and took pictures. There is a added portion on the bottom floor and that has been there over 30 years. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
