The house is vacant and secured at the time of the inspection. The property has tall grass and weeds and someone started to clean the property but not completed but close to being done. Has some trash and debris piled on the front driveway area and appears to going to be picked up soon. Has a palm tree in the front by the street that needs to have the fronds cut due to lower than 10' from the street. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
