The business is a trucking parts store and a repair shop. Did meet with the worker and the manager and was shown the area where the oil is dumped. The oil is dumped into a tank for storage until picked up and that is once every three months or as it fills up and taken by the company and dumped. They have a spray area where the degreasing is staged which is a different area. The is drained into a drain and that is dumped into a septic tank which is not tied into the sewer system. The tank is drained once a every 4 months or when it starts to smell which means it's filled. The also is taken by a company and dumped in Phoenix, Arizona. The areas are very cleaned at the time of the inspection. At this time the case will be closed. Will get with Pima County on what was observed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
