2nd inspection at request of complainant; better location information was provided. Met director at condo complex; the area in question is located behind a storage building along west PL to the south; the area is approx. 2' wide and 100' long with walls on all sides, no gate access, between two gated communities and difficult to access. There was no transient camp in this area; some vegetation was present (bushes, vines) with a small amount of grass and blown-in debris, neither is an accumulation (photo). Director agreed to remove the grass and debris, but it will not be enforced under notice. |
