This is in conjunction with case T16DV07065 at 3100 N Oracle Rd. Owner of 3100 is renting this unit and has spliced in and daisy chained several extension cords to power lights and security cameras at 3100, including zip tying the cords up and across property line to exisiting private power poles all the way to office building which at the furthest extension is approx. 200' in length. Owner Mr. Franklin of 3100 notified; NOV issued./posted. PM of rental unit at 354 notified. No one home at unit, unable to disconnect cords as they travel into unit and over roof. Mr. Franklin lives in CA and arranged to meet me 10/14/16. PM Werth Realty notified. |
