Met with tenant and owner's son at the property along with owner, was allowed to enter the property to find all ceilings in living room and hallway was all repaired and painted. Living room and bedroom outlets were replaced. Heater was also operational per tenant and owners. At this point all violations under this case were all abated and I will move to close out this case. |
