Another such hole in sheetrock in hallway as well. Smoke detector tested and worked in hallway. State the rain just two days ago also leak into his unit. Outlets in living room and both bedrooms loose should be replaced, tenant also claimed of heater and cooler not operational at this time will move to notice of violation for the owner. Tenant also stated he has court for eviction today verified phone numbers will keep in contact with tenant to make sure work is being done |
