The house is vacant and secured. Has 2 windows on the east side of the house that have been boarded to secure the opening. Did talk to the neighbor behind the house and has not seen any one going into the house for awhile. Does appear that the house is being worked on at this time. The carpet has been removed through out. Has a lock box on the front door and the electrical is off by owner with a blue tag. A permit has been issued, T16EL00168 and the last inspection was done on 8-12-16 and requiring correction. The property is cleaned at this time. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
