Arrived on site again, property looks in the same condition as it did last time vacant and secured. Neighbor across the street came over to tell me the owner had passed away about 8 months ago and the property has been vacant since. The bank was in the unit a couple weeks ago to winterize it and make sure it was secured. No fencing down scene in front off the side of the road and rear of property will move to close a case |
