12/07/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and a freind of the son came with the owner. Did go over on what needs to be done. Need to have the house secured and the freind was going to have the building secured. Did go over on what needs to taken off the property to be in compliance. 10/05/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Came to the property and found someone different staying on the property and trying to clean the property. They have no trucks and stating waiting for a truck and don't know the name of the person bringing he truck. 3-people that were waiting have left the site and than a Fransico and a Jessica came out of the house. They also are here to clean the property and have no truck and waiting for a truck and don't know who is bringing the truck. Did check the electrical and calling Rick Hollander to check to have the power cut at the pole. Not much has been done since the last inspectin and will do citation. Did the posting of Do Not Enter and the Notice to Vacate on the front window due to the person on site refused to sign the paperwork. Will wait for the court date. RV.
10/05/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Electrical in hazardous conditions. Main service has multiple tap connections and second panel is not secured and well as the conductors entering the panel. Missing dead front, improper grounding and new NM cables used. Third panel is deteriorated and improperly wired. No labeling for any of the circuits to determine what may be served. Exposed wires and conductors in the area of the service. Interior of unit has several areas with exposed conductors at light fixtures and receptacles. There are open and exposed splices with NM cables. Extension cord are ran extensively throughout the property and structure. TEP Disconnected power at the pole due to hazards.
06/12/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and took pictures due to going to do the citation. No one on the property and called the owner and left a message. While in the rear of the property taking pictures, someone showed to the property and is helping the owner clean the property. This is someone different and went over what needs to be done. Did find some electrical that needs to be removed as soon as possible due to have been added to a disconnect and not correct in the install. Using extension cords go to the rear of the property. The owner did call when leaving the property and did advise that the citation is going to be issued. Will do Citation. RV.
05/08/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one on site and the property has not been cleaned. Some of the vehicles have been moved around on the property. Did call the owner and advised that the property is ready for a citation to be issued. The owner has trouble getting a vehicle due to their truck broke down and working to get another truck to take to items to the dump. Will give the owner until the end of the month and did meet with the administor to allow finishing the cleaning due to the owner is 80 plus years old. Will check in 30 days. RV.
03/15/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner of the property and the property is not being sold. The people that were on the property were selling the owners property. The owner is trying to file paper work on the people that sold her items with out her knowlege. Did go over on what needs to be done to be in compliance. The owner is having issues with getting a truck due to the one truck the owner had on the property was sold. Will check in 30 days. RV.
02/22/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved 5 of the vehicles have been removed from the property and no one on the property. Will check in 30 days. RV.
02/06/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and found different people on the property. The property is being sold and met with the new owner. Did go over what needs to be done to be in compliance. The new owner has some vehicles going to be removed from the property today in the afternoon. The person that was cleaning the property has been removed from the property and the new owner has different people cleaning the property. Some of the vehicles have been removed from the property including tires being removed. Will check next week if the property has changed names and the new owner will give me copies of the sale going through. Will check in 10 days. RV.
12/19/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the worker and has more help on cleaning the property. The exterior or the tall grass and weeds has been cleaned outside the masonry wall. Did go over on moving anything that is going to remain on the property to be placed in the rear of the house or made to where is not visible to the public view of the street. Will check in 30 days. 12/15/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner is not living on the property. Does have a worker that is staying on the property and trying to clean the site. Did go over on what needs to be done to have the property in compliance. He will clean the grass and weeds on the exterior of the property near the wash and the vehicles. He is going to check who owns the vehicles and will call the owner. RV.
