Has an explosion next door to unit #134 and tenant was not home and the management allowed to do an inspection on the unit to check if had any damage from the exposion. Did find some popped nails in the drywall in some spots. Did not find any cracks on the edges of the drywall or any pictures falling off the wall. Did check all the smoke detectors and all were working. The tenant will be able to remain in the unit at this time. Will check with the building official to check of other inspection will be required on Monday. RV. |
