10/07/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Received permission to take inspector Robert Gonzales to the site. Arrived and the water meter has been removed due to tampering, the electrical meter ban has been cut and has a red tag for lacking payment and the mobile home had power at the time of the inspection. Did knock on the door and a female answered. Did ask if she was staying in the unit and she stated yes. Did go over due to lacking water and electrical to the mobile home that no one will be able to stay in the unit. Did call T.E.P. and the mobile home should have no power. A service man was being sent to the site to check the meter. Did try and get the phone number to the owner and the person in the mobile home did not have it and had to call the sister. Did try and talk to neighbors and try and fine borad members to check if they had the phone number. Was not able to find any one with the number to the owner and called Martin Romero the supervisor to go over what is happening on the propery. Due to people getting into the mobile home, was given permission to have the mobile home secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site and had all the opening secured. While securing the property, a neighbor did show and knew the phone number to the owner and was going to call her. Was told that the husband had just died and was dealing with the burial. I was able to talk to the owner and she was coming to the property. Did let her know that the tenant will not be allowed to stay in the mobile after today and due to the amount of traffic in the mobile home was placing plywood over all the openings and said OK. The owner did come to the site and did sign all the paper work and did the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front of the mobile home. The owner had people show to the site and had the mobile home cleaned out. Had items in the wood frame storage room and that was also cleaned out. Has a metal shed that was tied to another metal shed and that was forced opened and had that secured. T.E.P. did show to the property and removed the meter and placed a cover over the meter base. The owner did give a different address for the N.O.V. Will check in 30 days. RV.
