Large corner lot with what appears to be a vacant structure; accumulation of vegetation over 6" on property and abutting areas; obstructing tree branches on both east and south abutting ROW; accumulation of refuse on property in form of dead vegetative debris and greenwaste; portions of rear (north) fence are dilapidated; NE corner of structure has failed (adobe?) exposing interior of structure; covered only by tarp but can easily see that elements and pests could easily enter structure; unclear when damage occurred; bay window abutting this damage has broken window(s). |
