Arrived on site and met with occupant, showed me to the back were I saw 5x8 pen over 12ft from property line and 10ft from rearr property fence. Meets 20ft setback from any structure. 5 hens were on the property and none of them roosters, pen clean and no smell was detected. At this time they are in compliance. |
