07/20/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No other work has been done and the people living in the house are buying the house from the owners and live in Las Vegas, Nevada. The closing is in a couple of weeks and not able to file the D.D.O. until the property has been placed in the name of the people living in the house. Once the name has been changed, than the D.D.O. can be filed in their name of the people living in the house. Will check in 45 days. RV.
