Arrived on site and met with tenant (Tracy) showed me to hallway by bathroom with hole in ceiling sheetrock by bathroom, sheetrock damage living room ceiling, sheetrock damage to wall by bathroom. Front door was fixed by owner. Trash and debris in front of complex, couches and tires. |
