Received call from T.P.D. on site with a property lacking water due to lacking payment. Arrived and the tenants has left the property and some of the items have been left inside the house. Did talk to the daughter and sons of the owner and did let them know that no one can stay in the house due to lacking water. They were OK and did the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front window. The son signed the paper work. The son secured the property while on site. Some of the tenants items are out in front of the house. Did call the water department due to the zip tag has been removed from the meter valve. The daughter has the paper work that the water should be off due to lacking payment. The son was cleaning the interior of the unit due to the amount of animal feceses on the floor. When talking to the daughter was advised that they were in the middle of a eviction. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
