On site, knock on door no answer. No vegetation obstructing vehicle traffic in abutting alley. Pile of refuse and debris in rear of property not limited to: cut tree trimmings, pieces of bricks and cement. No weeds or grass on property, sidewalk area or alley exceed 6 inches in height. |
