Issued emergency abatement NOV for no electricity. Meter seal was cut. I called TEP and they sent a troubleman out to investigate. Reported power was shut off on 8/31/16. There was power to the structure. Posted unit "Do Not Enter". Beehive up in the tree. Contacted the owner and gave her 24 Hrs to abate. |
