Met the tenant on site and did an inspection on the unit. Did call the owner of the property and was comming to the site but was in Green Valley. Did check the cooler and the motor was hard to move and when turning on the switch it would come on and make a sound and than turn off. Did find other items wrong as the bathroom shower surround tile falling off or loose, the drain loose, the drainage is backing up, |
