Property has an accumulation of vegetation over 6" on property and curb, accumulation of refuse in carport and rear porch (scattered boxes, debris, refuse etc.); property surrounded by 5' block wall except for rear chain link gate; JMVs in front yard: white 4-door grand marquix (flat tires, etc.), dark blue/green chevrolet 4-door passenger (storage, no plate); JMV rear yard early model ford pickup is not screened at rear gate.; visual inspection of roof show it is deteriorated in places and has places of poor repair with blue tarps; fascia surrounding house is either highly deteriorated or missing; dilapidated and structurally unsound detached structure in SW corner of rear yard; it is not known if the house is occupied. |
