ROW is not blocked. There is an attached structure approx. 50' in length on the west side of the main structure which includes a garage; it projects out from main facade so that it is approx. 15' from top of sidewalk. A 2000 expired permit is on file for a bedroom/carport addition; review of aerials show the carport was converted into an enclosed garage. Permit will need to be reissued with revised plans. |
