The property is vacant and unsecured in several areas. The building had a fire and no repairs have been done. Did call inspector Pumphery due to she had the case in VANS program and was not able to get the structure demo'ed due to the funding was taken. The owners have died and the family members do not want to repair the strucrure. Did call Martin Romero the supervisor to get permission to have the openings secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to have the structure secured. Secured 3-doors and several openings on the rear of the structure. Did check all the other openings and had to resecure some of the plywood where the screws have pulled out. Was attacted by a dog from next door and not bitten. Did do the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front door and took pictures. Will do N.O.V. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
