MR WALLACE STATED ANTONIO REYES HAD BEEN OUT FROM PIMA COUNTY RAN A TEST ON THE SEWRE LINES, FOUND TWO SEWER LINES RAN DOWN 10TH ST, ONE 24 " LINE, ONE 12" LINE, 831 IS CONNECTED TO THE 10" LINE AND THAT LINE WAS CLOGGED., I DID CHECK THE SEWER LINES BELOW THE BUILDING, ALL CONNECTIONS AND LINES SEEMED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. MR WALLACE ALSO STATED HE PAID HIS SEPTEMBER RENT, OWNERS ACCEPTED THE RENT AND THEN ASKED HIM TO LEAVE AND BE OUT BY THE 15TH OF SEPT. I MENTIONED HE MIGHT CONSIDER SOUTHERN AZ LEGAL AID BUT AT THIS TIME THERE WAS NOTHING CODE ENFORCEMENT COULD HELP HIM WITH. NO VIOLATION /CLOSE CASE. |
