09/13/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, NO APT NUMBER ON COMPLAINT FORM, CONTACTED THE OCCUPANT WHO GAVE THE THE APT NUMBER BUT STATED HE WAS NOT HOME. I WALKED UP TO THE UNIT FOUND THE FRONT AND ONLY WINDOW IN THE UNIT WAS NOT BROKEN. SPOKE WITH MAINTANENCE PERSON WHO STATED THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMPLAINTS FROM THE TENANT, DOES KNOW THAT THE TENANT HAS BEEN TRYING TO BREAK HIS LEASE SINCE THE END OF AUGUST BUT WAS TOLD HE COULD NOT. TENANT ALSO RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FROM MANAGEMENT AND TOLD HE COULD NOT WORK ON CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. MANAGER STATED TENNANT ONLY HAS 2 WEEKS UNTIL LEASE IS UP. WALKED WITH MAINTANENCE PERSON TO CHECK FRONT WINDOW, DID FIND A VERY SMALL 2-3 INCH CRACK ACROSS THE BOTTOM CORNER OF WINDOW. WHILE ON SITE MANAGER CONTACTED PEST CONTROL AND PUT UNIT 1309 ON LIST TO BE SPRAYED, BURNS PEST SPRAYS EVERY TWO WEEKS, AND TENNATS ARE INFORMED IF THEY WANT UNIT SPRAYED THEY NEED TO CONTACT THE MANAGER. MAINTANENCE STATED THEY WOULD CHECK THE BATHROOM FOR DAMAGED TILES.

MANAGER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OFTHE ISSUES FROM THE TENANT, TWO ISSUES HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. MAINTANENCE WILL INFORM ME OF HIS FINDINGS IN THE BATHROOM. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
