Accumulation of refuse on property including dead greenwaste and debris and on ROW including mattress and dead greenwaste; ROWs are obstructed by overgrown and dead branches and cactus. Storage is present in front yards unscreened and in side yards not properly screened; have bamboo fencing that is not structurally sounds. Unable to access rear yard due to lack of alley or easement and overgrowth. |
