Spoke with the ocupant on site. Spoke with the owner on the phone. These occupants will be the new tenants upon signing the lease. Owner was notified that a NOV for lack of safe power would be issued. New tenants signed the NOV. The owner is OK with them being here in the daytime. The unit was posted "DO NOT OCCUPY" for nightime use. |
