09/01/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved After meeting with supervisor Rick Saldate was ordered to take inspector Rick Hollander to the site to look at the panels for a second opinion. Arrived and the panels were damaged enough from the weather and water running from the cooler in the past and the metal has rotted out to where the bottom of the panel to 2414 doesn't exist. 2412 is so rotted that the dead front is rusted together and can't be removed. It was decided to remove power at the pole due to will be required to be replaced at this time and will need to be moved to another location due to over the gas meters. Gave the owner until 10:00 tomorrow to make arrangements to find a place to stay or at another location until the power has been restored to the property. The power will be removed to both units. They will try and find an electrician to make the needed repairs. If an electrician can be found will meet at the site with the electrician to check if the power can remain on. RV.
