THE HOUSE SOUTH OF FLORITA AT EUCLID HAS A 42' ROCK RETAINING WALL WITH A 6 FT FENCE BUILT ON TOP MAKING VISION OF NORTH BOUND TRAFFIC DIFFICULT. THE HOUSE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FLORITA AT EUCLID HAS ONLY THE 42' SAME ROCK RETATINING WALL. TO BE ABLE TO SEE LEFT AND RIGHT ANY VEHICLE WOULD NEED TO PULL OUT SLOWLY TO THE SIDEWALK AREA, PERIOD. SEVERAL HOUSES TO THE NORTH IS A TREE NEAR THE SIDEWALK AREA AND DOES NOT AFFECT VISION OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC. A TREE IN THE REAR YARD OF THE SOUTH PROPERTY IS TRIMMED UP TALL ENOUGH OVER THE FENCE THAT IT DOES NOT OBSCURE ONCOMING TRAFFIC FROM THE SOUTH. THIS PARTICULAR TREE IS TRIMMED OVER THE 6 FT FENCE ON TOP OF THE 42 ELEVATED YARD MAKING IT A MINIMUM OF 10TO 11 FT. THERE IS NO TREE OR SHRUB ON THE 121 N EUCLID PROPERTY THAT OBSCURES TRAFFIC. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
