The area that is in violation is a common area for a group of town homes. The trash and debris is by 2-metal containers for dumping of trash and debris. On the exterior area of the metal containers are mattresses, couches and wood dumped on the ground and not able to place in the dumpster due to size. The common area is taken care by the suppose H.O.A. which does not exist. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
