After doing inspection on the roof found that roof was damaged and leaking throughout the house, home had no water, restrooms unsanitary, electrical in kitchen fixtures were also being damaged by water so I had to turn off power. Adviced owner that unit was unfit to occupy and I was going to post.
08/30/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Assisted the inspector due to needed a ladder and the owner was getting loud. Stayed until TPD and TFD came to the property. RV.
