Found that a section about 8x10 of ceiling was damaged from water leak from upstairs about a week ago in bedroom, manager has started repairs in unit, tenant was just concerned that it was done properly, and of possibilty of mold, advised that City doesnt address mold, but will make contact wiyh manager about repaires, no notice will be issued due to repairs are beening done in a timely manner. will follow up in 10 days |
