Drain plumbing for shower/tub, which is accessed from under kitchen cabinent, is showing the piping is leaking while draining into the bottom of the floor, which is apparently leaking out into bathroom flooring; it looks like a previous repair attempt used foam to stop leak. Wall was left open and unrepaired. |
