Went by property and owner was addressing issues on property, and I advised of tenants complaints, and he said he will have electrcal also checked by lic. election. and that property will say vacant till all issues are abated, and that he will get back with me soon. no axcess for inspection will be closing case per supervisor till axcess is granted.. |
