On site at parking lot. The dumpster that are next to the parking lot belong to the businesses on 4th ave. There is a pile of cardboard boxes next to the dumpsters. I called the business who's name was on the caedboard boxes. Both businesses stated they will go out and properly dispose of cardboard boxes. |
