Were able to check units 1 through 4 and once the issues have been completed, the units can be rented out. The Do Not Enter signs were able to be removed once the repairs are completed. At this time the case will be Closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
10/11/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner on site and units #11, #12, #13 have been cleared of all repairs. The tenants will be moving back into the units that were removed. Will check in 45 days the other units. RV.
08/24/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was in the area and some work has been done on the electrical. A service up grade has been installed and working on the junction box on changing the box to place the new lid. All the electrical that was removed eliminating power to units has all been removed. They will be calling for an inspection soon. The permit T16CM06432 has been issued on 8-18-16. Will keep the same follow up date of 8-25-16. RV.
08/12/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did meet the owner and the maintenance and did go on the roor and all the cooler have outlets with extension cords. Some of the coolers are lacking the cooler legs or stands and are currently on wood or being supported by the cooler vent coming out of the roof. They did get an electrician to come to the site and will meet at 1:15 PM. Did take pictures of the coolers and the roof. The conduit that ran to the roof is for juntion boxes to the units and should have sub-panels in the units. Will come back at 1:15PM to meet with the electrician. RV.
08/12/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did meet with the electrician and did show the areas that needed to be addressed. He looked at all the areas and was going to meet with the owner on what is going to be done. Did show where the power was removed to continue to keep the power on to the property. The electrician was going to get a price and was working on working over the weekend to get the power back on the unit that have no power. Will check in 10 days. RV.
