09/12/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to meet the new owners that are buying the property. Some of the units have been opened through the AC openings on units #5 and 6. The doors have been opened on #13, #10, #11, #14, #20 and one window on unit #5 on the east side. All the openings on the AC, windows and the doors have been resecured and all the other openings have been checked through out the property. Arcaiden Industries was called to the site to resecure the property. The new owners were looking at what needs to rehab the building to occupy. Will keep the same follow up date. RV.

08/11/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved T.P.D. called that the units have been opened. Arrived and the T.P.D. units were still on site and unit #14 and #15 has the AC openings plywood removed. Did check all the other units and all were secured. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings resecured. Due to the amount of activity on the property, a partition wall was built at the opening on the south side to prevent entry into the court yard of the units. A chain and lock has been placed on the door opening on the partition. The owner had stated that a chainlink fence was going to be installed in the morning and is now evening and nothing has been done. Did call the fence on call to check if they were scheduled to have the fence installed and they were not. Did call the office of Biff Baker Fence to check if anything was scheduled and they stated no. Did state that an Alex was called and they called to confirm. Alex was on way to give an estimate and was not going to install. Did call Bill Baker and was advising that we are pass the estimate and will be requiring a fence installed due to have to much activity on the property. Mike was than called to have the temporary fence installed and was on his way. Did call the owner who was upset that Alex was cancelled. Did go over that the installer are for the same company and he was going to be charged the same the City of Tucson is charged. There is no mark up on the price. Did go over that Alex was only an estimator and not an installer and won't be done today and will have to be scheduled. He stated OK. Will check in 30 days. RV.
