No utilities at location (see call out for 08/05/16). Units 3, 14, 18, and 20 had been breached, including 2 holes where A/C units had been removed. Unit 19 was opend by TFD. TPD/TFD investigated; owner stopped by briefly and left; stated he intends to fence on 08/11/16. Contractor called to resecure breached units and areas; property remains condemned as previously posted. NOV issued. |
