Arrived on site to find structure in the same condition, shoring along the west facing wall and in front of the building. Store has not opened for today as of yet however this is a long open case with problems with owner and the insurance company. Notice of violation has already been sent to the owner and they are aware and understand what is needed with permitting. As per administrative direction R. Saldate, will move to close out this case. |

Arrived on site business had not opened as of yet,however from the exterior looks to be the same shoaring on the outside and shoaring over the overhang in front two window panels still boarded. Will continue to follow up on this case |

Arrived on site to find damage to northwest corner of building still in the same condition as it was during the accident. Shoring was done to the roof and Shoring along brick wall which is a double brick wall. Window was supported in front and secured and Shoring with a being in the interior was also done. Accident looks stable at this point and engineer was also brought on board to make sure that it was stable. The delay has to do with the insurance company and to Engineers disagreed as to how to fix the damage. This case might end up in court before any repairs are done will discuss with supervision and follow-up in 60 days |
