Met with the tenant and has issues with the property flooding in the rear yard. A sump has been installed by the rear porch where a landscape wall has been built to prevent the water from going inside the unit. The 2-sump pumps has a hole where where the water gathers and is sent to a 3-plastic pipe on the chainlink fencing to the alley area. Did take pictures to check what is required . RV. |
