6 unit property on large parcel of land; all units appear to be vacant, but some windows open, not broken. No activity observed at time of inspection. Water shut off for non payment in May; all units on one account to owner. Accumulation of vegetation over 6" and refuse on property. NOV will be issued and owner contacted. Previous case on file for owner last year. Constituents should be referred to TPD if any trespassing is observed in evening hours. |
